Refund policy

We at Kwaaidesigns, want you to be happy with your T-Shirt or item you purchased, as you are important to us.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at sales@kwaaidesigns.co.za within 14 days of receipt of the item, in order for us to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind, as all our items are custom printed especially for you.  We only accept returns for products that are faulty or damaged.   To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

We do not accept returns for selecting an incorrect size, style or colour as all our items are custom printed especially for you.  When ordering please make sure that you have selected the correct size, style and colour of the item at checkout.  Please refer to our size chart with size guidelines and if in doubt, a good idea is to measure one of your shirts and compare it to the size chart to ensure correct sizing.
